Over the last year I have been pursuing my education in photography. During my education they have pushed me to find my niche...I found that is boudoir. Making people feel beautiful and normalizing healthy sexual expression. Being apart of the LGBTQIA+ community has really helped me deconstruct the beliefs that the human body should be covered up. For my final in my first class I made a whole project around boudoir and in that project my favorite was a picture of a woman on a stripper pole, shot through a window, making her top half a mystery. I called it The Human Gaze. From there I got the idea for INQUEERY, my queer, body and sex positive publication. From there I realized I wanted to bring boudoir to galleries. Show that the human body truly is Fine Art. So, I've started a model call for people with all different body types, genders, and races who want to normalize THE HUMAN BODY.
